Gebäudeautomation Paket 2 Im Projekt der baulichen Neugestaltung und Brandschutzsanierung Weiße Flächen wird ein neues Nutzungskonzept in unterschiedlichen Brandbekämpfungsabschnitten (BBAs) umgesetzt. Im Rahmen dieser geplanten Konzeptioniereung wir die Brandmeldeanlage ausgetauscht. Daraus resultiert, dass gem. Planungshandbuch Brandfolgesteuerung eine zentrale BMA-GA-Übergabe errichtet wird. Die Neukonzeptionierung beinhaltet im Wesentlichen folgende Maßnahmen: • Errichtung BMA-GA-Übergabe mit Anbindung aller Bestandsanlagen der betroffenen BBA´s und DTB´s Auf Grundlage der Erneuerung der Brandmeldezentrale und der Anforderungen aus den Planungsgrundlagen und Lastenhefte des AG´s. Wird eine neue Zentrale BMA-GA-Übergabe errichtet, die die Signale der BMA üder GA gem. Brandfallsteuermatrix (BFSM) im Objekt verteilt. Die BFSM enthällt: 238 Detektionsbereiche (DTB´s) 15 Brandbekämpfungsabschnitte (BBA´s) 154 Ansteuerungen Interim Umschluss 54 Anbindungen Koppler Z-05 Bereiche für Interim-Ansteuerung 89 Ansteuerungen ER-Anlagen 123 Abschaltung RLT-Anlagen Es werden folgende ASP´s neu errichtet: - BMA-GA-Übergabe - 3x FWT (FEIS-Räume) - 18 LWL-Verteiler zur Signal Weitergabe gem. Planungshandbuch Brandfolgesteuerung ca. 812 phys. Datenpunkte ca. 6.000m Kabel und Leitungen SV (mit Funktionserhalt) ca. 3.000m LWL-Ring ca. 3.800m Verlegesystem SV (mit Funktionserhalt) ca. 450Stk. elektrische Anschlüsse beidseitig ca. 45Stk. Spleisungen von LWL-Kabel Hinweis: Bei Fraport sind nur GA Automationsstationen mit dem Profil BACnet-Building Controller (B-BC) gemäß EN ISO 16484 zugelassen, die durch die Fraport AG / Fachbereich ZIM-TP1 geprüft und freigegeben (fraportzertifiziert) wurden. Die Konformität der Automationsstationen mit den Fraport-Anforderungen auf Basis des BACnet-Kommunikationsprotokolls ist anhand eines umfassenden Zertifizierungsverfahrens nachgewiesen. Der Zertifizierungsnachweis kann nur durch den GA-Hersteller erbracht werden. Dieser GA-Hersteller kann direkt anbieten oder Kooperationspartner des Bewerbers sein. Folgende GA-Hersteller sind nur mit den aktuell bei Fraport getesteten Modulreihen und Firmware Revisionen zugelassen und können angeboten werden: MBS / SAIA / Sauter / Siemens / Beckhoff
