The landscaping package covers excavation of 825 m3 of soil, modelling 1,560 m3 of terrain, a 5,380 m2 finished grade, 2,000 m2 water-bound surfaces, 1,240 m2 gravel grass, 275 m2 asphalt and 200 m2 granite-edged paving, two paved ramps, 26 concrete step sets at ground-floor doors, 10 m3 visible concrete strip foundations, 440 m3 infiltration swales over 1,500 m2, 180 m of channels, 27 trees, 1,500 m2 seeded grass, an 11,000-litre concrete cistern, 59 concrete form blocks, 11 L-stones, 230 m of studded membrane, 135 m2 eaves strips with 230 m timber edging and 7 solar lights.
