Die Gemeinde Niedernhausen plant die Veräußerung von gemeindeeigenen Grundstücken auf dem ca. 8 ha große Wohngebiet "Farnwiese" am nordwestlichen Rand des Kernortes Niedernhausen zwischen der Idsteiner Straße (L3026), der Tennisanlage und bestehender Bebauung. Es handelt sich um 2 Grundstücke, die sich für die Bebauung mit Reihenhäusern eignen. Für den Verkauf wird hiermit eine Konzeptvergabe durchgeführt. Kaufvertrag mit Bauverpflichtung: Dieser Grundstücksverkauf unterfällt nicht den Regelungen über das EU-Vergaberecht. Insbesondere erfolgt durch diese Bekanntmachung auch keine freiwillige Unterwerfung der Verkäufer unter die Vorschriften des EU-Vergaberechts. Die Angaben unter den Ziffern 5.1.3, und 5.1.4 sind Pflichtangaben beim Ausfüllen dieses Formulars und entfalten keine Wirksamkeit. Es handelt sich vorrangig um einen Grundstücksverkauf.
