Einer der Neubauten wird als Residenzgebäude geplant. Dieses umfasst Wohneinheiten von Künstlern auf 6 Etagen und hat eine BGF von 1.845 m². Die K7 ist oberhalb der Hallen als Neubau mit einer BGF von 7.606 m² geplant. Es umfasst 2 Obergeschosse mit doppelter Raumhöhe und Zwischengeschossen in Teilbereichen. Das Leistungsverzeichnis umfasst Stahlbau-, Schlosser- und Beschichtungsarbeiten für folgende Gebäudeteile: - Bauteil 04 (K7) Wesentliche Arbeiten: - Erstellung der neuen Halle K7 oberhalb der Bestandshallen in Stahlbauweise
