Der Neubau für das Betriebsrestaurant und Konferenzzentrum befindet sich in der Mitte des DLR Standorts in Oberpfaffenhofen. Essen - Konferieren - Vernetzen. Die wesentlichen Funktionen werden in einer Raumcollage auf der X-, Y- und Z-Achse arrangiert. Küche/ Speisenausgabe, die beiden Restaurants, der große Konferenzsaal sowie die Besprechungsräume werden als Bausteine mit variierender Raumhöhe auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen angeordnet. 1 St. Teleskoptribüne, einschl. Stahlkonstruktion/podest als Parknische, Gesamtmaße Breite ca.: 16,310 m, Höhe ca.: 4,420 m, Tiefe ca.: 2,325 m, 9 Reihen / Stufenpodeste, 2 Stufengänge, mit Frontverkleidung mittels Aluminium Akustik Paneele, mit Bodenbelag aus Kautschuk Ausführungszeitraum: voraussichtlich Dezember 2026 - September 2027
