Description

Gegenstand des Vertrags ist die Ertüchtigung der Tennisanlagen beim MTTC Iphitos e. V. in München aufgrund der Höherkategorisierung des ATP-Turniers BMW Open, insbesondere die schlüsselfertige Errichtung eines betriebsbereiten und voll funktionsfähigen Stadions und der Südtribüne, inklusive Planungsleistungen für den Standort Au-meister-weg 10, 80805 München, Flurstück 100, 101, 101/3, tlw. 102/2 und 106/46 Gemarkung Freimann, München, durch den AN Der erste Bauabschnitt (Bauausführung August 2026 bis November 2027, Sandplätze im März 2028) beinhaltet das neue Tennisstadion mit dem neuen Centercourt, sowie fünf in diesem Bereich wiederherzustellende Tennisplätze. Weiterhin umfasst der Bauabschnitt alle dafür notwendigen Leitungsführungen sowie die Ertüchtigung der Wege und Beleuchtungen auf dem Gelände. Der zweite Bauabschnitt kann erst nach dem Turnier 2027 begonnen werden und umfasst die Auffüllung des alten Centercourts mit Herstellung zweier Tennisplätze sowie den Abbruch und Neubau des Südtribünengebäudes am bestehenden Centercourts (Bauausführung Mai 2027 bis März 2028). Die Gesamtmaßnahme ist im Zuge der Anlagenertüchtigung und Aufwertung des bisherigen 250er ATP Standorts zu einem 500er ATP erforderlich, um den gestiegenen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden.
