Description

Die Sorpesee GmbH beabsichtig, das Hallenbad in Sundern energetisch zu sanieren. Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um ein 1-geschossigen, teilweise (ca. 70%) unterkellerten Bau in massiver Bauart. Die Dachkonstruktion über dem Erdgeschoss ist in Holzbauweise (Binder) erstellt worden. Diese wurde als Pultdach (oberhalb der Schwimmhalle) und als Flachdach konzipiert. Oberhalb der Schwimmhalle befindet sich lediglich ein Revisionsgang zur Kontrolle der dort verbauten Lüftungstechnik. Unterhalb des Erdgeschosses allerdings sind ca. 70 % der Flächen unterkellert. Dort befindet sich die Heizungstechnik. Der Keller ist unbeheizt. • Bruttorauminhalt: 21.183 m³ • Bruttogrundfläche Erdgeschoss: 2.113 m² • Bruttogrundfläche Kellergeschoss : 1.304 m² • Nettogrundfläche nach DIN : 3.199 m² Im Vordergrund des Gebäudes und der Nutzung steht die Schwimmhalle selbst. Diese Halle besitzt eine Fläche von ca. 1.083 m². Bei der Bauaufgabe handelt es sich um die Modernisierung und energetische Sanierung des Hallenbads in Sundern sowohl der Fassade, des Daches, der inneren abgehängten Decke und Wandbekleidung als auch der Energieversorgung. Das Hallenbad aus dem Jahr 1975/76 bietet drei Schwimmbecken: ein 25 m langes Schwimmbecken mit höhenverstellbarem Boden, ein Springbecken mit einem 1- Meter, 3- Meter und 5-Meter Sprungturm sowie ein Kinderbecken. Das Hallenbad in Sundern liegt in der Berliner Straße 62 in 59846 Sundern. Vorliegend handelt es sich um Arbeiten zur die Erstellung einer pelletbetriebenen KWK Anlage mit einer Pelletkessel-Kaskade als zusätzliche Heizung für die Gebäudeheizung. Für die Beheizung des Gebäudes steht derzeit ein Gasbrennwertkessel und ein Gas BHKW bereit, diese verbleiben als Notkessel am Aufstellort. Dual zu dem Bestand wird im Nachbarraum die neue pelletbetriebene Heizungsanlage aufgebaut werden.
