Description

Im Zuge der Baumaßnahme erforderliche Lüftungsinstallationsarbeiten. Bei dem Bestandsgebäude der Grundschule handelt es sich um ein entkerntes 2-geschossiges Gebäude in Stb-Skelettbauweise. Zudem wird ein 1-geschossiger Anbau, sowie ein Verbindungsgang zum angrenzenden Schulgebäude vorgesehen. Die Bestands-Tragkonstruktion besteht aus Stb.-Stützen, Stb-Decken, Stb.-Rippen- u. Kassettendecken. Die Außenwände werden neu in KS erstellt und im Inneren die Innenwände im Bestand in Trockenbau und beim Anbau in Massivmauerwerk ausgeführt. Das Gebäude erhält eine neue Fassade aus Verblendsteinen im Brüstungsbereich und als Wandpfeilern, sowie am Anbau. Zudem wird ein WDVS mit Riemchen zwischen den Wandpfeilern und Fassadenplatten vorgesehen. Die Grundfläche des Neubaus beträgt ca. 3.034 qm, der Bruttorauminhalt ca. 15.620 cbm.
