LB 033 Gebäudereinigung Im 2.BA der Förderschule 53 (Comeniusschule Potsdam) erfolgt sowohl die brandschutztechnische Sanierung des Bestandsschulbaus, als auch die Errichtung eines Erweiterungsneubaus in Fortsetzung des Gebäudes am nordwestlichen Giebel. Der Anbau hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 10,50 x 16,50 m und passt sich in Breite und Höhe inkl. Dachgeometrie dem Bestandsgebäude an. Umfang der Arbeiten: - Baugrobreinigung: o Baugrobreinigung des Anbaus: 575 m² o Baugrobreinigung des Bestandbaus: 2600 m² - Zwischenreinigung, erfolgt zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten (2x) während der Bauphase o Zwischenreinigung von Estrichböden: 650 m² o Zwischenreinigung von Böden nach Abriss des Bodenbelags: 1170 m² o Zwischenreinigung von Linoleumbelägen: 1730 m² o Zwischenreinigung von Parkettböden: 2000 m² o Zwischenreinigung von Feinsteinzeug- und Terrazzoböden: 860 m² o Zwischenreinigung von Wandfliesen: 550 m² o Zwischenreinigung von Treppen: 200 m² - Endreinigung o Feinreinigung von Metall-/Glastüren und -fenstern innen/außen: 290 m² o Feinreinigung von Holztüren und -zargen sowie HPL-Wänden und Türen: 320 m² o Feinreinigung von Raffstoren: 205 m² o Feinreinigung von Linoleumbelägen: 1825 m² o Feinreinigung von Parkettböden: 1000 m² o Feinreinigung von Feinsteinzeug- und Terrazzoböden: 430 m² o Feinreinigung von Wandfliesen: 600 m² o Feinreinigung von Treppen: 960 m² o Feinreinigung von Sauberlaufmatten: 8 m² o Feinreinigung von 2 St. Aufzugskabine o Feinreinigung von Ausstattung, Möblierung und Akustikelementen o Stellung/Transport von ca. 5 St. Container á 7 cbm und Entsorgung Baumischabfälle o Entsorgung von Baustellenmischabfällen
