Gewerk 070 Gebäudeautomationsanlage nach DIN 18386 Lieferung und Montage einer Gebäudeautomationsanlage nach DIN 18386 für eine Schulerweiterung in Holzbauweise. Die Gebäudeautomationsanlage dient zur übergeordneten Regelung und Steuerung einer CO2-geführten zentralen Lüftungsanlage mit geräteeigener Regelung sowie zur Aufschaltung von Meldungen der Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Kälteinstallation. Weiterhin werden Schnittstellen zum Elektrogewerk geschaffen, um den energieeffizienten Gebäudebetrieb zu gewährleisten. Es ist ein Automationsschwerpunkt vorgesehen. Dort werden sämtliche Anlagen, wie Raumfühler, Ansteuerung Heizkreisverteiler und Zonenventile sowie Brandschutzklappen, Volumenstromregler zur Ansteuerung usw., eingebunden. Der ASP befindet sich in der Technikzentrale im OG. Ausführungszeit: Voraussichtlicher Beginn: 01.03.2027 (Montageplanung ab 01.10.26) Voraussichtliche Fertigstellung: 08.01.2028
