Description

Errichtung eines 3-geschossigen, freistehenden Schulgebäudes in Containerbauweise, als Interim für ca. 5 Jahre, bis zur Fertigstellung des Schulneubaus (1.BA). Der Auftraggeber plant die Errichtung einer Containeranlage, zum Kauf - als temporäre Schul-Containeranlage. Leistungsumfang: - 3-geschossiges Raumzellengebäude in Containerbauweise mit Unterrichtsräumen, Naturwissenschaftsraum mit einem Sammlungsraum, Informatikräumen, Verwaltungsräumen sowie erforderliche Nebenräumen - BGF ca. 2.780 m2 - Wärmedämmung in Anlehnung an das GEG - Alle erforderlichen Werkplanungs- und Sachverständigenleistungen zur Umsetzung des Gebäudes sowie zu den behördlichen Abnahmen. -Gemäß § 23 BauO NRW ist eine Zustimmung im Einzelfall (ZiE) und eine vorhabenbezogene Bauartgenehmigung (vBG) gemäß § 17 Absatz 2 Nummer 2 BauONRW durch den AN bei der Obersten Bauaufsicht NRW einzuholen. Der AN wirkt aktiv durch Teilnahme an Behördengesprächen an die Erlangung der Zustimmung im Einzelfall (ZiE) mit. Ferner sorgt der AN für die Koordination sowie die Erbringung der erforderlichen Nachweise und Prüfungen für die Erlangung der Zustimmung im Einzelfall und bindet den AG durch lückenlose Informationen in das Verfahren ein. Der AN hat keinen Anspruch auf Erstattung der Kosten, die etwa aus einer verspäteten Einleitung des Genehmigungsverfahrens entstehen. Die Kosten für die ZiE sind in die Einheitspreise einzurechnen und beinhalten bis auf die Behördengebühren alle Kosten, die zur Erlangung der ZiE erforderlichen Maßnahmen.
