Description

Das zu errichtende Schulgebäude soll als vollwertige vierzügige Ersatzschule in vorgefertigter Holzbauweise als Modulbau bzw. Holzelementbau errichtet werden und die durchgängige Aufrechterhaltung des Schulbetriebs gewährleisten. Es soll vom Auftragnehmer als Totalunternehmer schlüsselfertig, funktions-, betriebs- und bezugsbereit errichtet und übergeben werden. Die Rahmentermine werden wie folgt festgelegt: - Beauftragung: Mitte September 2026 - Abgabe Bauantrag: Dezember 2026 - Bauzeit (Herstellen/Richten): März 2027 bis Dezember 2027 - Fertigstellung: Dezember 2027 - Inbetriebnahme: KW 02/2028 Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt sämtliche für die Errichtung erforderlichen Leistungen, einschließlich Planung, Genehmigungen, Bauausführung, Innenausbau, technische Gebäudeausrüstung, Außenanlagen, Baustelleneinrichtung, Qualitätskontrolle und Abnahme, soweit in der FLB beschrieben. 1 Stk.
