Description

Die Christoph-von-Schmid Realschule Thannhausen soll bis 2028 generalsaniert werden. Hierzu wurde ein Teil des bestehenden Gebäudes abgebrochen. Im Bauabschnitt 1 wurde der neue Erweiterungsbau inkl. Pausenhalle barrierefrei errichtet. Im Bauabschnitt 2 werden weitere kleine Gebäudeteile abgebrochen. Der Bestand wird umgebaut und komplett saniert. Gegenstand der aktuellen Vergabe sind die Baumeisterarbeiten des zu sanierenden Bestandsgebäudeteils. Die Christoph-von-Schmid Realschule Thannhausen soll bis 2028 generalsaniert werden. Hierzu wurde ein Teil des bestehenden Gebäudes abgebrochen. Im Bauabschnitt 1 wurde der neue Erweiterungsbau inkl. Pausenhalle barrierefrei errichtet (abgeschlossen 2025). Im Bauabschnitt 2 werden weitere kleine Gebäudeteile abgebrochen. Der Bestand wird umgebaut und komplett saniert. - ca. 285 m³ Aushub für Abdichung Außenwand erdberührt - ca. 230 m² Abdichtung Außenwände erdberührt ca. 230 m² Perimeterdämmung - ca. 50 St. Ausbau und Entsorgung Fenster mit Aufmauerungen bzw. Teil-Aufmauerungen der Öffnungen - ca. 130 m Herstellung Abwasserkanal - ca. 30 St. Herstellung neue Öffnungen in Mauerwerk mit Stahlprofil-Sturz - ca. 6 St. Herstellung neue Öffnungen in Mauerwerk mit Ziegel-Sturz - ca. 250 m² Innenwand Ziegel d = 11,5 - 24 cm herstellen
