Holzbauarbeiten für einen Schulergänzungsbau in 15374 Müncheberg Die Stadt Müncheberg errichtet auf dem Grundstück Ernst-Thälmann-Straße 23, in 15374 Müncheberg einen Neubau als Ergänzungsbau der Grundschule Müncheberg. Der Neubau fügt sich in das Gebäudeensemble ein und nimmt in seiner Fassade die verschiedenen Materialitäten der Bestandsgebäude auf. Funktional ergänzt der Bau die Nutzungen mit künftig acht weiteren Klassenräumen, einer Aula / Mensa und einer Bibliothek. Das nicht unterkellerte Gebäude erhält drei Geschosse und schließt auf der Nordseite mit den Giebeln aneinandergereihter Satteldächern ab. Das Gebäude wird über eine Bodenplatte mit Streifenfundamenten und Punktfundamentverstärkungen gegründet. Die tragenden Außenwände und die tragenden Innenwände sowie die Deckenscheiben werden aus Brettsperrholz gefertigt und steifen das Gebäude aus in Kombination mit einem seitliche angestellten Treppenhaus aus Stahlbeton aus. Ergänzt wird die Tragstruktur durch eine Holztragstruktur aus Stützen, Trägern sowie einzelnen Stahlunterzügen.
