Rahmenvereinbarung über die Erbringung von Tiefbau- und Kabelbauarbeiten - TKB (Los 3) Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist eine Rahmenvereinbarung in drei Losen: Los 1: Erbringung von Tiefbau- und Rohrleitungsbauarbeiten in den Versorgungsnetzen Gas, Wasser, Fernwärme und Strom der Auftraggeberin inklusive Neubau und Instandhaltung im Haupt- und Verteilernetz sowie der zugehörigen Netzanschlüsse sowie Organisation und Erbringung des Bereitschaftsdienstes für Tief- und Rohrbauleistungen (TRB) Los 2: Erbringung von Tiefbau- und Rohrleitungsbauarbeiten in den Versorgungsnetzen Gas, Wasser, Fernwärme und Strom der Auftraggeberin inklusive Erneuerung und Änderung von Netzanschlüssen oder Armaturen sowie Neubau und Instandhaltung im Verteilnetz und Durchführung von Kleinstmaßnahmen der Instandhaltung, beispielsweise von Hydranten, Schiebern oder Kappen (TNI). Los 3: Erbringung von Tiefbau- und Kabelbauarbeiten im Versorgungsnetz Strom der Auftraggeberin inklusive Neubau und Instandhaltung von Hauptleitungen und Netzanschlüssen sowie Netzstationen sowie Durchführung von Kleinstmaßnahmen der Instandhaltung, beispielsweise der Kabelverteilerschränke oder der Beleuchtungsmasten (TKB). Die genannten Lose werden aus technischen Gründen jeweils separat in gesonderten Projekträumen des Deutschen Vergabeportals (DTVP) veröffentlicht. Die vorliegende Auftragsbekanntmachung und die hierzu in den betreffenden Projektraum des DTVP eingestellten Vergabeunterlagen betreffen ausschließlich das Los 3. Die Rahmenvereinbarung wird in jedem Los mit jeweils einem Unternehmen geschlossen. Die Auftraggeberin sagt die folgenden Mindestabnahmemengen pro Jahr aus der Rahmenvereinbarung verbindlich zu: - Los 1: Leistungen im Wert von 2,59 Mio. EUR - Los 2: Leistungen im Wert von 0,64 Mio. EUR - Los 3: Leistungen im Wert von 0,52 Mio. EUR Das in Aussicht genommene Auftragsvolumen pro Jahr wird wie folgt beziffert: - Los 1: Leistungen im Wert von 5,18 Mio. EUR - Los 2: Leistungen im Wert von 1,27 Mio. EUR - Los 3: Leistungen im Wert von 1,03 Mio. EUR Für sämtliche auf dieser Rahmenvereinbarung beruhenden Einzelaufträge werden folgende verbindlichen Höchstabnahmegrenzen festgelegt, jeweils bezogen auf die Gesamtlaufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung einschließlich sämtlicher vorgesehener Verlängerungsmöglichkeiten (exklusive Mehrwertsteuer): - Los 1: Leistungen im Wert von 26,94 Mio. EUR - Los 2: Leistungen im Wert von 6,60 Mio. EUR - Los 3: Leistungen im Wert von 5,36 Mio. EUR Über die Mindestabnahmemengen hinaus ist die Auftraggeberin nicht dazu verpflichtet, Aufträge im Sinne dieser Rahmenvereinbarung unter der Rahmenvereinbarung zu vergeben. Die Rahmenvereinbarung beginnt am 1. Januar 2027 und hat eine Laufzeit von zwei Jahren.
