Rückbau von Anlagenteilen und Flächenbefestigung, Rück- und Neubau von Entwässerung und Kabeltrassen sowie Herstellung von Flächenbefestigung. Aufbauend auf dem bereits fertiggestellten KV-Modul 1 ist die Herstellung einer nördlichen Gleisanbindung an die bestehende Hafeninfrastruktur (Nordanbindung) vorgesehen. Zur Umsetzung dieser Maßnahme sind zunächst bestehende Anlagenteile zurückzubauen. Dies umfasst insbesondere den Rückbau eines Lichtmastes, vorhandener Entwässerungsleitungen, bestehender Kabeltrassen sowie der vorhandenen Flächenbefestigungen.Im Zuge der Rückbauarbeiten sind neue Entwässerungsleitungen sowie Kabeltrassen entsprechend den technischen und betrieblichen Anforderungen neu herzustellen und in die bestehende Infrastruktur zu integrieren.Darüber hinaus ist im Bereich der angrenzenden Gleisanlagen sowie der Bahnübergänge die vorhandene Flächenbefestigung an die geänderten geometrischen und funktionalen Anforderungen anzupassen und vollständig zu erneuern.
