The Stadtwerke Herne AG, in cooperation with the contracting authority for district 1 of Herne, Germany, intends to conclude a framework agreement with one economic operator for Lot 1 covering civil engineering, pipeline and cable construction works in the electricity, gas and water networks within the utility's supply area. External subcontracting costs are capped at 100,000 EUR per individual measure, including on-call duty and fault clearance, based on the framework contract prices. The estimated total value of all lots is approximately 2,000,000 EUR net per year, which may be exceeded or undercut.
