Description

Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Herstellung einer vollständig funktionsfähigen und betriebsbereiten Großwärmepumpenanlage mit den weiteren vereinbarten Beschaffenheiten als Los 4 (GWPA) und Hauptbestandteil des Gesamtprojekts CALOR. Der AG betreibt als regionaler Energieversorger u.a. ein Fernwärmenetz mit derzeit ca. 350 km Trassenlänge und etwa 7.000 Kundenanschlüssen für etwa 70.000 Wohneinheiten. Er beabsichtigt, seine Fernwärmeerzeugung im Zuge des Gesamtprojekts CALOR unter Nutzung von Umweltwärme aus der Kieler Förde um eine Großwärmepumpenanlage mit einer Gesamtleistung von [etwa 100 MWth] sowie um einen zusätzlichen Wärmespeicher zu erweitern. Das Gesamtprojekt CALOR soll auf dem nördlichen Teil des früheren Betriebsgeländes des ehemaligen und mittlerweile rückgebauten Gemeinschaftskraftwerks Kiel in unmittelbarer Nähe zu dem vom AG betriebenen Küstenkraftwerk („GHKW“) realisiert werden und setzt sich aus verschiedenen Einzellosen zusammen, von denen das vertragsgegenständliche Los 4 den Hauptbestandteil darstellt und mit u.a. den Verdichtern, den Fördewasserpumpen und dem Fördewasserkreislauf, der Pumpenhalle samt Technikzentrale, den übergeordneten Systemen sowie mit Infrastruktur und Wegen, der Elektro -und Leittechnik, der Video-Überwachungsanlage und dem Telefonsystem zentrale Komponenten umfasst, die gebündelt durch den AN aus einer Hand erbracht werden sollen. Die Sanierung der vorhandenen Einlauf- und Ausbauwerke des ehemaligen GKK (Los 1), die Lieferung und Montage der 110 kV-Trafos (Los 2) sowie der 110 kV-Schaltanlagen (Los 3) ebenso wie die Errichtung des zusätzlichen Wärmespeichers (Los 5) werden demgegenüber durch den AG gesondert beauftragt und sind nicht unmittelbar Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung; im Rahmen seiner Verantwortung für den funktionalen Werkerfolg hat der AN allerdings auch die Schnittstellen zu den weiteren Losen herzustellen und die betreffenden Komponenten mit der Großwärmepumpenanlage in Betrieb zu setzen, die insoweit auch Bestandteil des vom AG geschuldeten Probebetriebes sind.
