Description

Geplant ist der Neubau einer Kindertagesstätte im Ortsteil Angersdorf. Die Baumaßnahme umfasst die Errichtung eines zweigeschossigen Gebäudes in Holz- Massiv- Hybridbauweise und die dazugehörigen Außenanlagen, inkl. Erschließung der Liegenschaft. Am Schul- und Sportstandort der Straße "Am Stadion" in Teutschenthal plant die Gemeinde den Neubau einer dreizügigen Grundschule. Der Schulstandort der Gemeinde Teutschenthal setzt sich zusammen aus einer Sekundarschule, einer Grundschule, einem Hortgebäude sowie einer Schulsporthalle. Die aktuelle Grundschule befindet sich aus Kapazitätsgründen übergangsweise im Sekundarschulgebäude vom Landkreis Saalekreis (nicht in Trägerschaft der Gemeinde) und seit 2021 zusätzlich in einem zweistöckigen Interimsbau. Gegenstand der Baumaßnahme ist der Neubau einer Grundschule mit Mensa und Aula, einer Ausgabeküche, Räume für den Mehrzweck und Außenanlagen. Die Grundschule Teutschenthal "Am Talkessel" soll ab Fertigstellung des Neubaus bis zu 300 Kinder beschulen. Das hiesige Los umfasst die Ausschreibung der Leistungen der Fassadenarbeiten für den geplanten Neubau. Weitere Informationen zur Leistung sind den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen
