Vergabe von Generalunternehmerleistungen mit Leistungen der Ausführungsplanung Planung (ab Leistungsphase 5) und Errichtung eines mit EFRE-Mitteln geförderten Laborneubaus im Waldcampus für die Hochschule für nachhaltige Entwicklung Eberswalde mit folgenden wesentlichen Merkmalen: - Gebäude mit Unterkellerung und drei Obergeschossen, mit Laboren, Werkstätten, technischen Versuchsflächen und Büro- und Besprechungsräumen - BGF 6.560 m2, BRI 37.485 m3, 2700 m2 Labor- und Büroflächen - anspruchsvolle Baugrundsituation mit Grundwasserabsenkung und Versickerung im Wald - Tragende Außenwände (UG) aus Stahlbeton d = 35 cm gem. Statik inkl. Schalung und Bewehrung. In den oberen Geschossen Holzskelettbau (Regelraster 3,60m x 6,00m) mit tragenden Holzstützen (BSH) und teilweise Stahlbetonstützen (je 35x35cm) im Außenwandbereich (EG). Die aussteifenden Treppenhauskerne und Schächte werden in Stahlbeton d=25cm errichtet, ebenso Teilbereiche der Hallenaußenwand - anspruchsvolle Technik, insbesondere Lüftungsanlagen, labortechnische Anlagen und Gebäudeautomation - Bauen nach BNB-Kriterien Zertifizierung Silberstandard - umfangreiche Außenanlagen u.a. mit Regenwasserversickerung, Nahewärmeleitungen, Abwasser- und Regenwasserleitungen, befahrba - mit befahrbarer Halle - Photovoltaik auf dem Dach - Kältemaschine und Wärmepumpen auf dem Dach
