NUK - Zentralisierung Nuklearmedizin in Haus 3 - Los 416 Aufzugsanlagen Das UKL plant mit dem Projekt „Zentralisierung Nuklearmedizin in Haus 3 des Universitätsklinikums Leipzig“ die Errichtung eines Erweiterungsneubaus mit einer Bettenstation, Ambulanz- und Diagnostikflächen sowie einem Radiochemielabor auf ca. 1150 m² NUF. - 1 Aufzugsanlage, 2.500kg, Maschinenraum über Schacht, einseitige Zuladung, 2 Etagen; - 1 Aufzugsanlage, 2.400kg, Maschinenraum oben seitlich, einseitige Zuladung, 3 Etagen. Die Leistungen zur Bauausführung der Aufzugsanlagen sind unter Anwendung der BIM-Methode zu erbringen (BIM-Building Information Modeling). Die Wartung aller Aufzugsanlagen mit einer befristeten Laufzeit von 4 Jahren ist anzubieten. Als Besonderheit ist zu beachten - dass das Notrufsystem auf das am UKL bestehende System Base aufgeschaltet werden muss. - dass sämtliche verwendete Baugruppen als offene Systeme, die keinerlei Einschränkungen bezüglich Betrieb, Instandhaltung, Prüfung und Ersatzteilbeschaffung unterliegen, ausgeführt werden müssen.
