Description
Die Heidekreis-Klinikum gGmbH (Robert-Koch-Straße 4, 29664 Walsrode) errichtet einen Ersatzneubau für die bisherigen Standorte in Soltau und Walsrode. Realisiert wird ein viergeschossiger Neubau mit zusätzlichem Untergeschoss. Der Neubau ist in 4 Gebäudecluster (Cluster A bis Cluster D) unterteilt, die Massen der 4 Gebäudecluster sind zusammengefasst. Die Baustelle befindet sich auf mehreren Flurstücken in der Gemarkung Fallingbostel Flur Helmskamp mit einer Gesamtfläche von rund 12,7 ha.
Bei den in dieser Leistungsbeschreibung ausgeschriebenen Leistungen für die Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade einschl. Gerüstarbeiten handelt es sich im Wesentlichen um: 7.200 m² Holz-Alu-Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden; 3.300 m² Alu-Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden; 500 m² Alu-Fenster; 500 m² Stahl-Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden; 13.600,00 m² Fassadengerüste; 1.350,00 m² Innengerüste
