Kurzbeschreibung der Beschaffung: FRK_OP_FRK_OP_300_ARC 09_Vorhangfassade Die Frankfurter Rotkreuz-Kliniken e.V. beabsichtigen am Standort Klinik Rotes Kreuz in Frankfurt am Main die Funktionseinheit Zentral-OP, um einen Operationsaal mit entsprechenden Nebenflächen zu erweitern. Projektiert ist der Anbau eines zweigeschossigen nicht unterkellerten Gebäudes mit zentraler Lüftungstechnik auf dem begrünten Flachdach. Die Angliederung an das Bestandsgebäude erfolgt über einen kleinen Patio in unmittelbarer Verlängerung der bestehenden OP-Magistrale. Der bestehende Aufwachraum - im südlichen Gebäudeteil verortet - wird um einen Isolierbereich mit zwei Bettplätzen erweitert. Im Erdgeschoss des Erweiterungsbaus sind Arztdiensträume mit eigenem Zugang verortet. Die Haupterschließung während der Baumaßnahme des neuen OP-Anbaus erfolgt über einen Verbindungsflur auf der Westseite des Bestandsgebäudes. Auf dem Klinikgelände werden weitere Baumaßnahmen realisiert. Die Gesamtkosten für diese Maßnahme betragen rund 8.17 Mio. € brutto. Für dieses Projekt werden Fördermittel eingesetzt. Die Arbeiten finden in städtebaulicher Enge bei laufendem Krankenhausbetrieb statt.
