Los 75 - Dachdeckerarbeiten, energetische Sanierung Altdach Abbruch rd. 2600 m² bituminöser Dachdichtung mit teilweise durchfeuchteter MiWo Stärke 16 - 18 cm einschließlich Dampfsperre auf Trapeztragschale Abbruch umgebender Attikaaufbauten ca. 265 lfm Abbruch und Entsorgung der vorhandenen 24 Stk. punktuellen Dacheinläufe Neuaufbau des neuen Dachabdichtungssystems mit Dämmung als geprüftes System "harte Bedachung" - rd. 2600 m² bituminös zweilagig mit 16 cm PUR/PIR Dämmung und neuer Dampfsperre; streifenweise Brandschottung über Brandabschnitte mittels MiWoDämmung statt PUR Dämmung; abschnittsweises Bauen, Prinzip Abbruch und Wiedereinbau voll funktionsmäßiger Abschnitte, temporärer dichter Anschluß an vorhandene bituminöse Dichtung; Bad bleibt während der Arbeiten in Betrieb; Lieferung und Einbau von punktuellen Druckentwässerungsgullys, der Anschluß dieser an das vorhandene Druckentwässerungssystem ist Leistung Fremdgewerk; Abbruch und Wiederaufbau der Blitzschutzanlage wie vorhanden: Sicherung der vorhandenen mobilen Geländerabsturzsicherung und nach erfolgtem Neuaufbau des Dachabdichtungssystems Wiederherstellung des vorgefundenen Zustandes; Lieferung und Einbau einer Steigleiter; Wiederaufbau von rd. 265 m Attiken mit Unterkonstruktion und Verblechung;
