Die Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin, schreibt im Namen der Gene and Cell Therapies Incubator Berlin GmbH (GCT) den Neubau für das Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies aus. Das Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies, Projektkürzel „GCT“, ist als moderner Neubau mit Labor-, Büro- und GMP-Flächen geplant. Es bildet das Auftaktprojekt des Bayer Open Innovation Campus in Berlin-Mitte und soll die Translationslücke zwischen Wissenschaft und Industrie im Bereich der Zell- und Gentherapie schließen. Die Flächen sollen überwiegend von der Bayer AG, der Charité bzw. deren gemeinsamen Betreibergesellschaften angemietet und als Incubator sowie Co-Lab für Start-ups der Zell- und Gentherapie betrieben werden. Im Rahmen der vorgesehenen Vergabe ist die Ausstattung von Laborflächen mit einer Labormöblierung einschließlich zugehöriger Einbauten und Arbeitseinrichtungen in drei Geschossen mit jeweils ca. 770 m² Laborfläche vorgesehen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst voraussichtlich 477,6 lfm Benchlänge und sechs Laborabzüge. Ergänzend sind Medienjoche bzw. Mediensäulen in geringem Umfang vorzusehen. Die Laborflächen sind mit hoher Redundanz ausgelegt und werden im üblichen Umfang mit Oberschränken und Rollcontainern ausgestattet. Es bestehen gesonderte Anforderungen nach dem Berliner Ausschreibungs- und Vergabegesetz (BerlAVG), siehe Vergabeunterlagen.
