Description

Die WISTA Management GmbH (WISTA MG) plant den Umbau und die Erweiterung des ehemaligen USMilitärkrankenhauses in Berlin Lichterfelde zum Innovationszentrum FUBIC. Das Gründer- und Technologiezentrum soll der Unterbringung von forschungs- und technologieorientierten Unternehmensneugründungen und profilkonformen Klein- und Mittelständischen Unternehmen dienen. Es werden Büros und Labore für Chemie, Mikrobiologie und Physik errichtet. Das Gebäude liegt als freistehende Großstruktur mit ca. 60m x 120m zentral auf einem ca. fünf Hektar großen Entwicklungsgelände zwischen Fabeckstraße und Kamillenstraße, das in den kommenden Jahren als Campus mit 6 weiteren Neubauten entwickelt werden soll. Grobe Mengenangaben zur Orientierung: - 3 Stück 1-flg. Holz-Glas-Rahmentüren, mit verglastem Seitenteil und Oberlicht und mit Schallschutzanforderung - 105 Stück 1-flg. Türen mit Sichtfenster im Türblatt, davon 23 Türen mit biolog. Sicherheitsstufe S2 nach GenTSV - 160 Stück 1-flg. Türen mit verglastem Oberlicht - 170 Stück 1-flg. Holztüren - 96 Stück 1-flg. Holztüren mit Feuchtraumeignung davon 24 Stück Türen mit Brand- und Rauchschutzanforderung und 147 Stück Türen mit Schallschutzanforderung
