Die WISTA Management GmbH (WISTA MG) plant den Umbau und die Erweiterung des ehemaligen USMilitärkrankenhauses in Berlin Lichterfelde zum Innovationszentrum FUBIC. Das Gründer- und Technologiezentrum soll der Unterbringung von forschungs- und technologieorientierten Unternehmensneugründungen und profilkonformen Klein- und Mittelständischen Unternehmen dienen. Es werden Büros und Labore für Chemie, Mikrobiologie und Physik errichtet. Das Gebäude liegt als freistehende Großstruktur mit ca. 60m x 120m zentral auf einem ca. fünf Hektar großen Entwicklungsgelände zwischen Fabeckstraße und Kamillenstraße, das in den kommenden Jahren als Campus mit 6 weiteren Neubauten entwickelt werden soll. Grobe Mengenangaben zu Orientierung: Treppenhäuser A, B und C, UG bis 5.OG: - Faltwerkstufen aus Tränenblech auf Stahlbeton-Bestands-Treppenläufen: 29 Treppenläufe mit 11 bis 14 Stufen je Lauf, Breite 1,30 bis 1,40 m - Flachstahl-Blenden seitlich an den Stb.-Treppenläufen: ca 350 m - Treppengeländer aus Flachstahlrahmen, mit Netzbespannung und Holzhandläufen: ca.350 m Treppenhaus B, 5.OG zum Dachausstieg: - Stahlwangentreppe mit Zwischenpodest und Gitterroststufen Aufzugsportale aus Stahlblech - Breite x Höhe 1,64 x 2,27 m: 14 Stück - Breite x Höhe 1,24 x 2,27 m: 16 Stück Freitreppe im Foyer im EG: - Freitreppe als Stahlwangentreppe mit Stahlblech-Stufenwannen für bauseitigen Stufenbelag aus Holz, Treppe mit 24 Stg, Breite ca. 1,75 m, Länge ca. 7,55 m (im Grundriss) - Treppengeländer der Treppe und Galerie im 1.OG aus Flachstahlrahmen, mit Netzbespannung und Holzhandläufen: ca. 34 m - Flachstahlblende Deckenstirn 1.OG. ca. 17,00 m Treppenblock Cafeteria 1.OG: - Geländer Rampe und Podest: ca. 3,00 m - Auffahrkeil Riffelblech, BxLxH= ca. 1,20x0,33x0-0,06m
