Description

Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung wird ein Bauunternehmen für die Errichtung des Geothermiebohrplatz gesucht. Der geplante Geothermiebohrplatz besteht im Wesentlichen aus drei konstruktiv voneinander getrennten Bereichen. Der innere Bohrplatzbereich besteht aus den Fundamenten für die Tiefbohranlage inklusive der Bohrkeller. Auf diesem Bereich wird die Tiefbohranlage inklusive aller Nebenanlagen errichtet und während der Bohrphase betrieben. Er dient folglich als Aufstellfläche aller Anlagenteile der Tiefbohranlage inkl. der Energieversorgung sowie der Lagerung von Spülungsmaterialien, Notstrom-Diesel bzw. Bohrgestänge. Der äußere Bereich dient der Erschließung und durchgehenden Umfahrung des inneren Bereichs, ist also vornehmlich als Verkehrsweg inkl. Schwerölastverkehr vorgesehen. Außerhalb des äußeren Bereichs befinden sich Container- und Lagerstellflächen, die für den Betrieb der Bohranlage erforderlich sind. Zudem sollen im Außenbereich Speicherbecken für die Pumpversuche von Thermalwasser (jeweils am Ende einer Tiefenbohrung) errichtet werden. Der innere Bohrplatzbereich unterliegt den Anforderungen der AwSV, weshalb in Bezug auf die Materialgüte, Entwässerungseinrichtungen, Betankungsbereiche, etc. besondere bauliche Ausführungen benötigt werden. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Angebotsabfrage wird die schlüsselfertige Errichtung des gesamten Bohrplatzes mit allen Bohrplatzbereichen inkl. der erforderlichen Nebenanlagen wie Umzäunung, etc. angefragt.
