Summary
Machine-generated summaryThe municipality of Eiweiler intends to build a new day care centre for children as a modular construction. The facility will comprise eight groups, four for children over and four for children under three years. The building may be realised on two storeys, and due to the sloping site a single-level layout for both storeys is also possible. Requirements of the space programme for kindergartens in Saarland apply. The land belongs to the municipality of Heusweiler. Emphasis is placed on pedagogical, child-friendly and flexible spaces, creative solutions such as ateliers, movement rooms and workshops, and clear sight lines for children and educators. The building site is shown in the zoning plan.
