Die Grundrissfläche der Tragkonstruktion des Verwaltungsneubaus ist unterteilt in ein Gebäuderaster von 6 x 6 m, 12 Felder in Längsrichtung und 3 Felder in Querrichtung. Die vorliegende Leistungsbeschreibung bezieht sich auf die Ausführung von Erd-, Mauer-, Beton-, Entwässerungskanalarbeiten.
