Mit dem Projekt Umbau und Sanierung „Alte Bleiche“ im Ortskern von Markt Altenstadt, wird ein ortsbildprägendes Ensemble im Bereich einer unter Denkmalschutz stehenden historischen Siedlungsstruktur erhalten und denkmalgerecht saniert. Es besteht aus der als Einzeldenkmal eingeordneten „Neuen Bleiche“, dem benachbarten „Erlanger Haus“ mit Nebengebäude und den umgebenden Freianlagen. Für die neue, der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemachten Nutzung des Ensembles u.A. mit Bürgersaal, Jugendzentrum und Räumen für Vereine, werden die Gebäude unter Wahrung eines respektvollen Umgangs mit der denkmalwerten Substanz instandgesetzt, energetisch saniert und für eine moderne Nutzung umstrukturiert. Gegenstand dieser Leistungsbeschreibung sind Rohbauarbeiten (Stahlbetonarbeiten und Mauererarbeiten inkl. erforderlicher Stahlbauteile) zur statischen Ertüchtigung und Umsetzung des Nutzungskonzepts, Neu- und Nachgründungen aller Gebäudeteile inkl. Erdarbeiten mit Grundleitungen. Die Rohbauarbeiten beinhalten dabei neue, teilweise tragende Stahlbetonsohlplatten (ca. 370qm) Stahlbetoneinzelfundamente, Ortbetontreppen (2 Stk), Mauerwerksarbeiten (ca. 150qm) zzgl. Bestandsausbesserungen und umfangreicher Risssanierung sowie verschiedene Maßnahmen an tragenden sowie nichttragenden Bestandsbauteilen mit teilweise erforderlichen Stahlverstärkungen. Zur Umsetzung der Maßnahmen sind parallel umfangreiche Bauzustandssicherungen in allen Gebäuden notwendig. Der Spezialtiefbau umfasst händische Abgrabungen im Pilgerschrittverfahren sowie Unterfangungen der tragenden Bestandsstrukturen und Nachgründungsarbeiten mittels Kunstharzinjektionen zur Baugrundverbesserung.
