Der Neubau der ZiRa Pilotanlage dient der Entwicklung von emissionsreduzierten Industrie- und Kraftwerksprozessen. - 140 digitale Zylinder - 8 Türcontroller - 25 Router - Funkfeldausleuchtung - Schließlan Ausführungszeitraum: voraussichtlich Oktober 2026 - Januar 2027 Der Ausschreibung liegt das Fabrikat SimonsVoss zugrunde. An mehreren bestehenden Liegenschaften des Auftraggebers sind bereits elektronische Schließsysteme dieses Herstellers installiert und in den laufenden Betrieb integriert. Zur Gewährleistung einer durchgängigen Systemkompatibilität, einer einheitlichen Systemadministration sowie der technischen Interoperabilität mit den vorhandenen Anlagen ist es erforderlich, dass sämtliche neu zu beschaffenden Komponenten vollständig in die bestehende SimonsVoss-Systemarchitektur eingebunden werden können. Die Verwendung eines abweichenden Fabrikats würde zu technischen Inkompatibilitäten, zusätzlichen Aufwendungen für parallele Systemstrukturen, erhöhten Betriebs- und Wartungskosten sowie zu betriebsrelevanten Risiken im Sicherheits- und Gebäudemanagement führen.
