Description

Die Gemeinde Südlohn realisiert den Neubau der von-Galen-Grundschule unter Einhaltung der DGNB-Qualitätsstufe 2 (QS2). Das Grundstück liegt im westlichen Bereich des Ortsteils Oeding, wo sich auch bereits die jetzige von-Galen-Grundschule befindet. Der Schulbetrieb der bisherigen zweizügigen Grundschule läuft während der Bauphase weiter. Der zweigeschossige Neubau wird in Massivbauweise im Bereich des Schulhofes errichtet. Die Außenwände werden aus Stahlbeton mit einer Holzfassade, die Innenwände werden teilweise massiv-, teilweise in Trockenbauweise hergestellt. Eine Unterkellerung ist nicht vorgesehen. Die Dachkonstruktion besteht teilweise aus einer Holzbalkenlage und aus einer Stahlbetondecke, jeweils mit Wärmedämmung und bituminöser Abdichtung, Auf der Dachoberfläche wird eine Photovoltaikanlage installiert. Dach- und Klempnerarbeiten mit folgenden Hauptmassen: ca. 1833 m² Abdichtung der Bodenplatte bituminös ca. 1960 m² Warmdachabdichtung bituminös ca. 1960 m² Extensive Dachbegrünung mit PV-Aufständerung und andere baustellenbedingte Arbeiten
