Bundesrat - Anbau mit Besucherzentrum - Leipziger Str. 3-4, D-10117 Berlin Parkettarbeiten nach DIN 18 356 - VE 3.3-40.2 Parkettarbeiten nach DIN 18 356 - VE 3.3-40.2 Auf dem Grundstück der Leipziger Str. 2 in Berlin-Mitte wird an das bestehende Bundesratsgebäude ein Anbau mit Besucherzentrum realisiert. Im Zuge der Erstellung der Baugrube dieses Anbaus erfolgte die statische Ertüchtigung des Westflügels - des denkmalgeschützten (ehem.) Preußischen Herren-hauses (heute: Bundesrat) in der Leipziger Str. 3-4. Nach erfolgter Ertüchtigung beginnt die Wiederher-richtung des Westflügels. Die hier ausgeschriebenen Leistungen beziehen sich ausschließlich auf die-sen Westflügel und beinhalten Parkettarbeiten in den Innenräumen. Art und Umfang der Leistung: - Ca. 400 qm Neuverlegen von Parkett - Ca. 2400 qm schleifen und ölen von Bestands- und Neuparkett - Ca. 2400 qm Bodenfläche reinigen und schützen Ausführungstermine: Beginn der Ausführung: 09/2026 Ausführungsende: 12/2027
