Description

Stahlbauarbeiten Die Stadt Mönchengladbach führt eine energetische Sanierung des Schulgebäudes der Gesamtschule Volksgartenstraße, Volksgartenstraße 71-75 in Mönchengladbach durch. Darüber hinaus wird das Gebäude brandschutztechnisch ertüchtigt und die Barrierefreiheit der Schule verbessert. Der überwiegende Teil der technischen Anlagen wird erneuert. Die Sanierung findet im laufenden Schulbetrieb statt. Im ersten Bauabschnitt werden an drei Bauteilen Stahlaußenfluchttreppen hergestellt. Hierfür sind bauliche Anpassungen an der Fassade erforderlich, insbesondere die Herstellung neuer Fluchttüröffnungen.
