Description

Der Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW, NL Duisburg, plant die Sanierung des teilweise unter Denkmalschutz stehenden, ehemaligen Dienststellenstandortes Oberhausen-Mitte, Friedensplatz 2-5 in 46045 Oberhausen, sowie eine umfassende Neugestaltung. Gegenstand der Sanierungsarbeiten sind vier separat liegende Gebäudebereiche: 1.) Hauptgebäude (Denkmalschutz) 2.) Werkstattgebäude (kein Denkmalschutz) 3.) Fahrdienstwache / ehem. Tankstelle (kein Denkmalschutz) 4.) Waschhalle (kein Denkmalschutz) Übergeordnet sind folgende Leistungen zu erbringen: Beräumung des Gebäudebestandes, Schutz bzw. der Ausbau und die Einlagerung von denkmalgeschützten Bauteilen für eine AG-seitige spätere Wiederverwendung, Entkernung, Schadstoffsanierung, Rückbau von noch im Gebäude verblieben Bauteilen und Zwischenwänden, Entsorgung aller anfallenden Abfallarten. Ziel der Schadstoffsanierung ist die Vorbereitung der Gebäude für eine nachfolgende Bearbeitung durch Folgegewerke. Für die Planung der Sanierungsarbeiten ist zu berücksichtigen, dass die Arbeiten entsprechend der Gebäudebereiche Teilbereich A (Werkstattgebäude, Fahrdienstwache, Waschhalle) und Teilbereich B (Hauptgebäude) in zeitlichem Zusammenhang parallel erfolgen sollen.
