Bei der Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um die Kernsanierung des denkmalgeschützten Bestandsgebäude "Spinnerei" der Hochschule Niederrhein auf der Webschulstr. 24 in Mönchengladbach. Hierbei sind vom AN gem. der beiliegenden Leistungsbeschreibung die Elektrotechnik inkl. der Niederspannungsinstallation, die Beleuchtungsanlagen, der Blitzschutz, die MSR-Verkabelung und die Nachrichtentechnik zu liefern und zu montieren. Das Gewerk beinhaltet im Wesentlichen die folgenden Hauptmassen: - 1 St Zentrales Stromversorgungssystem (CPS), 1,5 kW, 1 h - 1 St Elektro-Brandschutzgehäuse (F30) für CPS - 4 St Potentialfreie Meldekontakte - 6 St DALI-Ansteuerungen (Mehrpreisposition) - 1 St Software Stromversorgungssystem - 1 St Meldetableau (Aufbaumontage) - 4 St Dreiphasen-Netzwächter - 50 St Programmierungen Zielort- / Leuchtenkennzeichnung - 1 St Inbetriebnahme Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlage Starkstrom- / Verteilungstechnik: - 1 St Niederspannungshauptverteilung (NSHV) - Mehrere St Multifunktionsmessgeräte / Messeinrichtungen - Umfangreiche m / St Kabel-, Leitungs- und Trassensysteme - Umfangreiche St Installations- und Anschlussleistungen Sicherheitstechnik: - 1 St Brandmeldeanlage (Kategorie 1 / Vollschutz) - Mehrere St Feuerwehr-Bedien- und Anzeigekomponenten - Mehrere St Automatische und nichtautomatische Melder - Mehrere St Akustische / optische Signalgeber Datentechnik: - Strukturierte Netzwerkverkabelung (Kupfer / LWL) - Mehrere St Datendosen / Anschlusskomponenten - 1 St LAN-Verteilerbereich
