Description

Die Leistung umfasst die Bereitstellung, Errichtung, Vermietung und den anschließenden Rückbau einer temporären Containeranlage für 2600 Personen auf dem Grundstück des ehemaligen Flughafen Tegel nördlich und östlich des Terminal C. Die Anlage besteht aus dreigeschossigen Gebäuden zur Unterbringung mit integrierten Verwaltungs- und Aufenthaltsbereichen. Insgesamt umfasst das Projekt ca. 2800 Container. Das Vorhaben soll in mehreren Container-Clustern umgesetzt werden. Vorgesehen sind insgesamt 22 Gebäude, gegliedert in sieben Cluster (2 GEAS-Cluster, 5 AkuZ-Cluster). Jedes Cluster bildet eine funktional autarke Einheit, in der sämtliche für die vorgesehene Nutzung erforderlichen Funktionen integriert sind. Das Mietverhältnis beginnt je Cluster mit der Übergabe eines Clusters, die frühestens am 01.04.2027 und für die GEAS-Cluster spätestens am 01.06.2027 und für die AkuZ-Cluster spätestens am 01.10.2027 erfolgen muss und endet mit Ablauf des 31.05.2031.
