VE-BA1-04 Baulogistik BA I bis BA III Die Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide ("Fraport") betreibt den Flughafen Frankfurt/Main und daneben allein oder gemeinsam mit Dritten weltweit mehrere weitere Flughäfen, Terminals und Dienstleistungsgesellschaften. Die Fraport plant im Terminal 1 die komplette räumliche Umstrukturierung des Bereiches der hohen Halle B Mitte mit den angrenzenden Shoppingbereichen "Avenue" und "Boulevard". Der Projektbereich erstreckt sich auf die Ebenen E02, E03 und E04 im Terminal 1, Gebäude 203 des Frankfurter Flughafens und umfasst ca. 16.000m2 Fläche. Die Umsetzung erfolgt in mehreren Bauabschnitten. Durch den Auftragnehmer sind folgende Leistungen zu erbringen: - die Planung von Anlieferungen und Transportwegen, - die Koordination von Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern, - die Organisation von Lagerflächen und Materialbereitstellung, - die Steuerung des Baustellenverkehrs, - die Bereitstellung von Baustelleneinrichtungen, - die Entsorgung und das Recycling von Bauabfällen, - die Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Arbeitsschutzvorschriften, - die Überwachung von Terminen und die Optimierung von Abläufen Ziel der Baulogistik ist es, Störungen zu vermeiden, Kosten zu senken und einen reibungslosen Bauablauf sicherzustellen. Auszugsweise sind folgende Mengen vorgesehen: - ca. 8.400 Tage Personal; - ca. 6.100 Stück x Woche Baustellencontainer liefern, vorhalten und abtransportieren; - ca. 1.250 m mobiler Bauzaun liefern, umsetzen und abtransportieren; - ca. 91.800 m x Woche mobiler Bauzaun vorhalten; - ca. 200 St x Woche Turmdrehkran liefern, vorhalten und abtransportieren; Geplanter Ausführungsbeginn: 2. Quartal 2027 Geplantes Ausführungsende: 3. Quartal 2033
