Description

Bei der geplanten Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um den Umbau des ehemaligen Empfangsgebäudes, Bahnhof Gransee zu einem Jugendfreizeitzentrum in der Bahnhofstraße 3 in 16775 Gransee. Das Grundstück und die bauliche Anlage befinden sich im Eigentum der Stadt Gransee. Eine Freistellung von Bahnbetriebszwecken beim EBA ist erfolgt. Die Baumaßnahme wurde 2022 begonnen. Es ist zwischenzeitlich zu einer Unterbrechung in der Ausführung gekommen. Aktuell werden die Tiefbaubauarbeiten zur Abdichtung am Gebäude, ausgeführt. Die Fertigstellung der gesamten Baumaßnahme ist gemäß aktuellem Bauzeitenplan für ca. 03/2026 avisiert. Es wird eine Besichtigung des Objekts vor Ort und vor Angebotserstellung empfohlen. Für das Bauvorhaben in der Bahnhofstraße in 16775 Gransee sollen folgende Arbeiten stattfinden: - Abbruch von zwei PKW-Stellplätzen - Etwa 50 m² Strauchfläche roden - 2x Baumfällung - Transport & Einbau einer Skaterrampe aus Beton - Transport & Einbau von 10 m Winkelstützen, 280 cm Höhe - Lieferung und Einbau von etwa 93 m² Betonpflasterfläche samt Einfassung - Lieferung und Einbau von ca. 383 m² Sandfläche samt Einfassung - Einbau von zwei Pfosten samt Volleyballnetz - Transport & Einbau von fünf Sport- bzw. Klettergeräten - Transport & Einbau von ca. 22 m Ballfangzaun - Transport & Einbau von ca. 90 m Stabgitterzaun - Transport & Einbau einer Toranlage - Lieferung, Pflanzung für ca. 50 m² Strauchfläche samt Pflegearbeiten - Transport & Einbau von drei Sitzbänken
