VE-BA1-05 Ausbau Die Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide ("Fraport") betreibt den Flughafen Frankfurt/Main und daneben allein oder gemeinsam mit Dritten weltweit mehrere weitere Flughäfen, Terminals und Dienstleistungsgesellschaften. Die Fraport plant im Terminal 1 die komplette räumliche Umstrukturierung des Bereiches der hohen Halle B Mitte mit den angrenzenden Shoppingbereichen "Avenue" und "Boulevard". Der Projektbereich erstreckt sich auf die Ebenen E02, E03 und E04 im Terminal 1, Gebäude 203 des Frankfurter Flughafens und umfasst ca. 16.000m2 Fläche. Die Umsetzung erfolgt in mehreren Bauabschnitten. Durch den Auftragnehmer sind Trockenbau- und Malerarbeiten zu erbringen, dazu in kleinem Umfang Innenputzarbeiten. Die Trockenbauarbeiten umfassen neben den typischen Konstruktionen aus Gipsplatten auf Metallunterkonstruktionen auch Brandschutzbekleidungen von Stahlbauteilen sowie Abhangdecken aus Metallpaneelen und Metalllamellen. Im Zuge des Baufortschritts fallen noch jeweils kleinflächige Rückbauten an bestehenden Brandschutzbekleidungen aus (schadstoffbelasteten) Mineralfaserplatten hauptsächlich an Durchstoß- und Anbindepunkten von Wänden an. Zusätzlich sind vom Auftragnehmer verschiedene Unterkonstruktionen aus Stahlprofilen in und außerhalb von Bauteilen des Auftragnehmers herzustellen und zu montieren. Der Auftragnehmer hat auch die erforderlichen Bauwände und weitere Schutzmaßnahmen im Baustellenbereich zu erbringen. Im Schwerpunkt für die Abhangdecken sind Nachweise zur Erdbebensicherheit der der durch den Auftragnehmer erstellten Gesamtkonstruktionen zu erbringen. Auszugsweise sind folgende Mengen vorgesehen: - ca. 1.900m2 Wände, Schachtwände, Vorsatzschalen Trockenbau; - ca. 1.300m2 Bauwände Trockenbau und deren Rückbau; - ca. 1.000m2 Abhangdecken aus Gipsplatten auf Metallunterkonstruktionen: - ca. 3.000m2 Abhangdecken aus Metallpaneelen und Metalllamellen; - ca. 9.000m2 Anstriche an Wänden und Decken; - ca. 600m Brandschutzbekleidungen Trockenbau um Stahlprofile; - ca. 550m2 Bauzäune für Absperrungen im Innenraum; - ca. 3.000m2 Abdeckungen als Baustellenschutz auf Böden, an Glasfassaden u.ä.; Geplanter Ausführungsbeginn: Q3/2027 Geplantes Ausführungsende: Q2/2031
