Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um die Erstellung des Rohbaus eines 2 geschossigen Gebäudes, welches sich aus einem Keller und einem Erdgeschoss zusammensetzt. Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen ca. 25m hohen Turm, welcher sich an das Gebäude angliedert. Bruttogrundfläche ca. 7.100m² Bruttorauminhalt ca. 75.000m³ Kellergeschoss ca. 4 m unter GOK Gebäudeabmessungen ca. 118m x 50m Alle zu verwendenden Holzprodukte müssen nachweislich aus nachhaltiger Waldbewirtschaftung kommen. Ausführung Stahlbau- und Schlosserarbeiten 1. Stahlkonstruktion - Ca. 480 m² freitragende Fluchtstegkonstruktion - Ca. 11 St. Außenstahltreppe - Ca. 8 St. Attikaüberstiege - Ca. 450 m Geländer inkl. Handlauf - Ca. 60 m² Vordachkonstruktion - Ca. 650 m² Gitterrost inkl. Unterkonstruktion - Ca. 15 t sonstige Stahlkonstruktionen (UK TGA Geräte)
