Summary
Machine-generated summaryThe municipality intends to sell the development plot at Bahnhofplatz 2, 79618 Rheinfelden (Baden), parcels 2631 and 2632/5, to an investor together with an architect who will develop the site. The development should make appropriate use of the location and its topographic access situation, increase the visibility and the quality of stay and arrival at the railway station, and create a mobility hub organising connections between rail, bus, car and bicycle. A mixed use for the built part may be freely designed in terms of density. The concept must convince both urbanistically and architecturally and solve landscape planning and transport access aspects. Selection of the plot is via a concept award procedure in three phases: selection, concept and award. Up to ten bidders will be invited to the concept phase, with applications exceeding this number ranked by a selection panel.
