Description

Abbrucharbeiten der Robbenbestandsbecken und Stallanlagen im Zuge des 2. BA im Zoo Duisburg. Auf dem Gelände des Duisburger Zoos ist geplant, die bestehende Robbenanlage durch eine neue Anlage zu ersetzen. Einhergehend mit dem Neubau werden künftig die Wasserbecken und deren angrenzenden Gehegezonen für Mensch und Tier attraktiver gestaltet. Die neue Robbenanlage besteht aus einem neu konzipierten Außenbereich mit zwei Wasserbecken für die Seelöwen, die durch ein Vorbecken miteinander verbunden sind. Des Weiteren sind Landzonen aus Sandflächen und Felsformationen vorgesehen. Die Technik für die neue Robbenanlage soll, gemeinsam mit den Tiergehegen und den Ar-beitsbereichen der Pfleger, in einem direkt angrenzenden Neubau untergebracht werden. Erkennbar wird der Neubau als ein eingeschossiges Technikgebäude, welches sich durch die unterzubringende Wasseraufbereitung zu einem großen Teil im Erdreich befindet. Das Gebäude "Technik- und Stallgebäude" für die Robben hat eine annähernde Grundfläche von ca.17 m x 17 m (LxB) und ist ca.10 m hoch. Es besteht aus drei Geschossen; 1. und 2. Untergeschoß und einem Erdgeschoß. Die Ge-schosshöhe beträgt jeweils ca.3,0 m. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abbruch des Bestandsbecken entsprechend dem 2. Bauabschnitt sowie der Stallanlagen. Details sind dem Leistungsverzeichnis zu entnehmen
