Germany - Construction of workshop facilities - Multi-party contract, establishment of the Chain Competence Centre (HIL in St. Wendel) under the IPA model

A German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) project: the existing site of the tank overhaul plant of HIL GmbH in St. Wendel will be structurally and technically reorganised over an area of 13 hectares. Around 95 percent of the infrastructure will be dismantled during ongoing operations and the remaining buildings will be fully renovated. The federal government is investing approximately 375 million euros in the site. The project is implemented under the IPA model (integrated project alliance). Sought alliance partners cover industrial building object planning, technical services planning, civil engineering and outdoor facilities planning, extended shell construction works, building services installation, and civil engineering and outdoor facilities works.
