Fachlos 202: Spezialtiefbau_Bodenverbesserung Die Landeshauptstadt Dresden plant die Unterbringung der Universitätsgemeinschaftsschule Dresden am Standort Höckendorfer Weg 2 in Dresden-Kleinpestitz. Geplant sind die Erweiterung und Sanierung des Bestandsgebäudes sowie die Erneuerung der Freianlagen. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Spezialtiefbauarbeiten zur Baugrundverbesserung, u.a.: - ca. 3.700 m³ Bodenabtrag und -entsorgung zur Herstellung der Baugrube, bis 2m Tiefe - ca. 6.500 t Transport und Entsorgung Boden und Steine - Einrichtung und Betrieb einer offenen Wasserhaltung - Werkplanung und Statik für Verdrängerbohrsäulen (rigid inclusions) - Werkplanung und Statik für lastabtragende Flüssigbodenpakete - Rezepturentwicklung, Eigenüberwachung und Dokumentation der Herstellung von RSS-Flüssigboden - ca. 3.725 m² Arbeitsebene aus RC-Material - ca. 9.800 lfm Verdrängerbohrsäulen C25/30 - ca. 1.100 St. Kappen der hergestellten Verdrängerbohrsäulen - ca. 1.500 m³ Flüssigbodenpakete zur lastverteilenden und setzungsbegrenzenden Gründung +++Weitere Fristen siehe Anlage 1 zum Fbl. 214, Pkt. 10.8 +++ Folgende Unterlagen sind mit dem Angebot der Vergabestelle vorzulegen: - Urkalkulation Inhalt der Urkalkulation: Diese ist mindestens gemäß dem Inhalt nach Formblatt 223 - Aufgliederung der Einheitspreise von ALLEN Positionen zu erstellen, d. h.: LV-Position; Kurzbezeichnung; Menge; Mengeneinheit; Zeitansatz; Teilkosten einschl.
