Description

Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die vollständige Planung sowie die schlüsselfertige und betriebsbereite Errichtung einer Gesamtschule inklusive eines Mensa/Aula-Bereichs, welcher gemeinsam mit dem angrenzenden Gymnasium genutzt werden soll, nebst Außenanlagen und deren Anbindung an die verkehrliche und technische Infrastruktur sowie dem Abbruch des bestehenden Zentralgebäudes und der Hauptschulmensa durch einen Totalunternehmer auf Grundlage einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung. Die Schulgebäude werden auf einem Grundstück der Stadt Wesseling errichtet. Das umzusetzende Raumprogramm umfasst ca. 17.000 m² BGF (inkl. Verkehrs-, Technik- und Nebenflächen). Das zur Verfügung stehende Baufeld umfasst ca. 14.500 m². Das Abbruchvolumen des Zentralgebäudes kann auf ca. 9.500 m² BGF geschätzt werden (Baujahr 1971, Massivbauweise). Das Abbruchvolumen der Hauptschulmensa kann auf ca. 2.050 m² BGF geschätzt werden (Baujahr 2008, Massivbauweise). Das geschätzte Auftragsvolumen beläuft sich auf ca. 109 Mio. € netto. Die Vergütung wird durch Abschlagszahlungen und eine Schlusszahlung erfolgen.
