Description

Schlüsselfertige Errichtung eines neuen Schulgebäudes mit einer Dreifachsporthalle im Rahmen einer Schulerweiterung Ersatzneubau einer Dreifachsporthalle mit Naturwissenschafts-Trakt. Es handelt sich um Bauabschnitt 1 der Gesamtstandortsanierung Realschule Am Stadtpark. Das Gebäude ist ein 1-3 geschossiger Kubus (BGF 4.700m2, BRI 29.700 m3), der höhenmäßig und von der Nutzung in unterschiedliche Bereiche gegliedert wird. Er ist nicht unterkellert und schließt mit Flach- und Pultdächern ab. Diese Gebäudekennzahlen sind den Berechnungen zum Bauantrag entnommen und dienen als Leitzahlen zur Definition der Mindestanforderung und zur Beschreibung der Größe des Objektes. Die Erstellung von dezidierten Raum- und Flächenberechnungen im Auftragsfall gemäß DIN obliegt dem Auftragnehmer.
