Im Wesentlichen sind folgende Leistungen zu erbringen: - Abbruch PVC-Belag, asbesthaltig: 500 m² - Abbruch Bitumenabdichtung/EPS-Dämmung, asbestbelastet: 830 m² - Abbruch Holz- und Alupaneel-Abhangdecken inkl. alte Mineralwolle: 660 m² - Abbruch KS-Mauerwerk: 240 m³ - Abbruch Stahlbeton -Bodenplatte, d=15 cm: 20 m³ - Abbruch Stahlbeton-Fassadenvorsatzschale, d=15 cm: 240 m² - Teilabbruch 1. Schicht, Stahlbeton-Sandwich- Fassadenvorsatzschale, d=6 cm: 225 m² - Abbruch Fenster und Türen: 46 Stück - Rückbau gesamte Haustechnik einer Einfachturnhalle inkl.
