Description

Die in Ortbeton-Massivbauweise hergestellte Tiefgarage wurde in den Jahren 1981-82 in Deckelbauweise erbaut und verfügt über drei Geschosse. Wegen massiver Rissbildungen und tausalzbedingter Schäden an der Betonkonstruktion ist der weitestgehende Abbruch und Neubau der innenliegenden Bauteile vorgesehen. Die umhüllenden Bauteile, bestehend aus Bodenplatte, Bohrpfahlwand und Tiefgaragendeckel, sowie die Kern- und Nebenraumbereiche und die Treppenhauswände bleiben erhalten. Auf die neu hergestellten Treppenläufe und -podeste ist ein neuer Naturwerksteinbelag nach Vorgabe der Stadt aufzubringen. Ferner sind die Läufe und die Podeste mit einem Verbundestrich bzw. einer Ausgleichsspachtelung, zum Teil im Gefälle, inkl. einer Abdichtung im Verbund zu versehen. Die Maßnahme wird in zwei Bauabschnitten umgesetzt. Je Bauabschnitt sind zwei Treppenhäuser zu bearbeiten. Zementestrich im Verbund (Podeste): 103 qm, davon 13qm im Gefälle, Ausgleichsspachtel im Verbund (Podeste): 89 qm, davon 12 qm im Gefälle, Gefällespachtel im Verbunde (Stufe): 275m, Abdichtung im Verbund: 300 qm, Naturwerksteinbelag (Podeste): 180 qm, Naturwerksteinbelag (Stufen): 275 m, Sockelleisten Naturwerkstein: 320m.
